“I'm passionately engaged in the effort to preserve the lakes and watershed. This gift that we all are fortunate enough to enjoy won't continue to exist in its present form unless we respect it. Doing the right thing isn't always the easiest course of action, and old habits die hard, but a few simple changes by a large number of people can add up to significant positive results. Change happens slowly, both positively and negatively. I want to be a part of the effort to improve the area so that my children and grandchildren can also enjoy this magnificent resource. It's good for the community, it's good for the local economy, and it's the right thing to do.”
