Seven Lakes, Seven Concerts
On one summer afternoon for the last two years, the MLRC has celebrated its mission to make conservation a tradition by hosting a day-long music festival on its grounds.
On our first year, the 700 festival goers enjoyed sunny weather and local performers along Mill stream. Last year, however, the Festival was hit with torrential downpours and strong winds. Though the storm blew over and we eventually made back outside, the weather really got us thinking, “why concentrate our celebration of conservation on one day when we can celebrate conservation through the arts all summer long?”. That is how the concept for the Seven Lakes Concert Series came to be.
Beginning this summer, the MLRC will host local musicians for in-house shows from June 18th until August 21st. Seven concerts to celebrate our seven lakes.

($10 advanced, $12 at the door)
